Competitive Gymnastics:
Rockdale Gymnastics competitive team is a program that is designed to help your gymnast, and family, get a feel for what it is like to be on a competition team. Just like USAG and AAU, we will have various levels, and gymnasts will be placed at the appropriate level based on their skills at try-outs. Rockdale Gymnastics is going on ___ years of hosting a competitive gymnastics team for our local community.
